The Certified Food Manager Course and Certification Exam provides a foundation for food service operations needed in restaurant, deli, café, healthcare, secondary and post-secondary schools and military food service settings.
There are 5 sections to the training, in the suggested order for study:
*Introduction to the Training and Access to the Test
*Culinary and Customer Service
*Food Safety and HACCP
*Food Service and Financial Management and Math
*Nutrition, Kitchen Safety and Nursing Home/LTC Resident Safety
*You MUST have a proctor who will watch you take exam.
The proctor can be anyone not related to you, whom you do not live with, and who would not want to take the test themselves. The link will take you to the web page, send that address to your proctor. Once completed the form will go automatically to IFSEA - you will put the proctors name on the test.
*You MUST complete the Integrity (I won't cheat form).
Step 3 - PAY
TEST ACCESS CODE - Normally within a few hours, but no more than 48 hours of receipt of your payment, you will receive your Test Access Code and a link to the training materials and access to the four E. Books that come with the course at no additional charge, for your exam preparation and professional library. . Check your spam folder for this email. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive your code in that time frame.
