CFA is designed for high school students or recent graduates, and those new to the hospitality industry regardless of age. Questions cover food safety/HACCP, management, customer service, nutrition and culinary terminology, intended to get students ready for real life experiences in a food service establishment. All questions were extracted from the databases for our higher level certifications on each subject, selecting those we believe fit the entry level, and having this fundamental knowledge would be impressive and useful to an employer.
